DELORO alloys are nickel base, exhibit superior corrosion properties and are resistant to abrasion and wear, retaining their hardness up to 600ºC (1000ºF) with significant resistance to oxidation.
DELORO 15, 22, 25, 30, 38, 40, 50, 55, 55-2M, 60 Arrange of Nickel/Chromium/Silicon/Boron alloys whose hardness on the Rockwell “C” Scale corresponds to their designated number. Primarily supplied for the spay and fuse and powder-weld processes, they are mainly used to provide very smooth and even coatings up to 2 mm thick on cylindrical components. Using the powder-weld process, they are used to produce localized build up for repairs or edge protection. Their unique properties make them suitable for use in the glass industry. Typical applications include Moulds, Neck Rings and Plungers.
DELORO 625 Excellent corrosion resistance; used in salt water environments, on valves and sealing faces in marine and oil industries.
